Signature Eight-Point Planning System
BP Events makes planning any event a pleasure with our Signature Eight-Point Planning System. Our system has worked for clients both near and far, so we know it will work in creating the event of your dreams too. We plan and coordinate each and every event according to our eight-point system to take the stress off of you. The greatest part of the planning process is that with BP Events by your side, you are not alone.
1. Meet & Greet
It’s best that we get to know one another so I can understand your wants and needs from an event. We will discuss everything from the smallest to the most extravagant details. Nothing will be missed. During this time we will learn the top five things that you consider are the most important things you want from your event.
2. Get Real
It is during this step that we formulate an anticipated budget for your event. It’s time to get real with your event budget as well as your guest list and vendors. This is the foundation for planning a successful event. We will discuss the money you have allotted for your event and customize your event whether a wedding or social event around this budget. No matter the dollar amount, we work hard to show you ways to get more bang for your buck. We will begin introducing you to vendors that not only match your intended budget, but also compliment you and/or your business taste, style, and personality. Trust us to place you with replicable vendors whom we know and trust will have your best interest at heart.
3. Get focused on what matters most
We will discuss your expectations for your event as well as what matters most to you. We will put in writing what is involved in planning the event of your dreams. This will allow us to focus on those things that matter most to you. This event outline will allow us to focus on one event element at a time to get things done efficiently and smoothly. It’s time to focus on what matters most to you.
4. All things themed
Generally, every event has a theme…that is if you want a theme of course. During this phase of the planning process, we will focus on creating and designing your event. We will grasp a sense of things you like and want to be implemented into your event. Things will really begin to come together as we uncover your inspirations and learn more about what makes you happy and turn these into your event theme. We’ll be there to help you and guide you as well as provide feedback on what’s proper etiquette. Our focus is on considering every detail to create the event of your dreams centered around a fabulous theme with no detail left untouched.
5. Personify the Basic w/ Glam
BP is known for taking what’s basic and personifying it with creativity, elegance, and glam. In our eyes, you are the star of your event so we make sure you are represented fabulously. We work effortlessly in selecting all design elements of your event and make sure things are to your liking. We will help you select everything from the linen to the overall décor that compliments you. 6. Get Ready
It’s almost time, the date is finally near for your event. It is during this phase of planning that we sit down and discuss a minute-by-minute outline of how things will flow the day of your event in an effort to ensure things run as smoothly as possible. BP will produce written itineraries for both you (as a client) and for vendors and participants involved in assuring the planning goes appropriately. After this phase, you will walk away able to rest assured that things will flow according to our detailed outline.
7. Showtime (This is our favorite part!)
After all the planning, preparation, hiring of vendors, and designing an event centered around your desires…. it’s show time! Now BP Events and team will come together to carry out the plans and produce the event of your dreams. The most amazing part is all you have to do is sit back and enjoy yourself. Your trust will be in knowing that we will orchestrate and choreograph all the details discussed during the planning process. 8. Recap & Mimosas
At the end of every event, BP encourages every client to provide feedback on their overall experience with our services. During this time we usually meet over Mimosas and just chat about your thoughts on how your event turned out. We truly appreciate this time and like to remind our clients how much fun we had planning their event. We love to hear your feedback and encourage each client to fill out our post-event surveys.
